“I need a black oversized T-shirt under ₹800.”
The challenge
The store is located approximately 100 metres inside the main road, making walk-in discovery difficult. Customers also had limited ways to browse the available collection, ask product questions and decide what to buy before visiting the store.
Our approach
Instead of building another static product catalogue, we designed a conversational shopping experience that helps customers describe what they want in natural language.

Customer journey
From discovery to purchase, the experience is designed to reduce friction between a customer's intent and the business.
Before and after
This is a change in how customers can find and engage with the store, not a claim about guaranteed sales results.
Before
Physical store → Limited walk-ins → Manual product discovery → Customer must visit to enquire → Limited customer data
After
Google / Website / QR → Digital storefront → AI Shopping Assistant → Product recommendation → WhatsApp / Reservation / Order → Customer data → Re-engagement
Business value
The value is in creating more useful paths between customer intent and the business. These are enabled possibilities, not guaranteed outcomes.
Technology
The business outcome stays in focus; these are the implementation building blocks behind the experience.
